To lead to Christ those who do not know Him, and to help each of these new believers to become a mature passionate follower of Christ, who in turn will likewise lead others to Christ and help those believers to become mature passionate followers of Christ.  We will seek to accomplish this:
 

ü     By systematically teaching others the Word of God with an emphasis on sound doctrine and practical application.

ü    Through the use of Scripture memorization.

ü   By developing and encouraging genuine worship of God.

ü    By developing a community spirit among the believers where teamwork, respect, and mutual care flourishes.

ü   By training others how to study the Bible for themselves, how to teach others the Word of God, how to pray, how to walk in the Spirit, how to use their gifts in serving, and how to share their faith with others.

ü   By holding each other accountable to the teaching and the principles of God’s Word with the goal of glorifying our Lord in all that we do.

ü    By regularly evaluating our progress in each of the above areas and making adjustments as needed.

a.  The starting point of our ministry is God – not man.

b.  The guide for our ministry is the Bible - not human wisdom.

c.  The focus of our ministry is people – not programs.

d.  The goal of our ministry is mature Christians –

not simply converts.

e.  The environment for our ministry is the corporate body –

not individualism.

f. The process of our ministry is spiritual reproduction –

not simply addition.
